Welcome to SellCam. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SellCam website, services, and platform.

By accessing or using SellCam, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About SellCam

SellCam is a platform that enables individuals to sell used cameras, lenses, action cameras, camcorders, drones, and related photography equipment. SellCam provides instant quotations, device evaluation, pickup services, and payment processing for eligible devices.

2. Eligibility

To use SellCam services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

• Be the lawful owner of the equipment being sold.

• Have the authority to transfer ownership of the device.

3. Ownership Declaration

By submitting a device for sale, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the equipment.

• The equipment is not stolen, counterfeit, or involved in any legal dispute.

• The equipment is free from liens, encumbrances, or ownership claims by any third party.

• All information provided regarding the device is accurate and complete.

SellCam reserves the right to refuse any transaction if ownership cannot be verified.

4. Device Evaluation & Quotes

Any price displayed on SellCam is an estimated quote based on the information provided by you.

The final value of the device will be determined after physical inspection and verification by our team.

SellCam reserves the right to revise the quoted amount if:

• The device model differs from the submitted details.

• The device condition is different from what was declared.

• Accessories, batteries, chargers, memory cards, or other components are missing.

• The device has physical, functional, or internal defects not disclosed during quotation.

• The device is found to be damaged, modified, counterfeit, or non-functional.

5. Acceptance of Final Offer

Once the device is inspected and you accept the final offer:

• Ownership of the device transfers to SellCam.

• Payment will be processed as agreed.

• The transaction becomes final and irreversible.

6. Device Data Responsibility

Before handing over any device, you are solely responsible for:

• Backing up all personal data.

• Removing memory cards and storage media.

• Signing out of all accounts.

• Resetting the device to factory settings where applicable.

SellCam shall not be responsible for:

• Loss of data.

• Recovery of deleted files.

• Access to forgotten accounts.

• Data remaining on devices after transfer.

7. Required Documents

To complete a transaction, SellCam may require:

• Government-issued photo identification.

• Proof of ownership (if applicable).

• Signed declaration or indemnity form.

• Any additional documents required under applicable laws.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in cancellation of the transaction.

8. Prohibited Devices

SellCam does not purchase:

• Stolen equipment.

• Counterfeit products.

• Devices involved in legal disputes.

• Devices obtained through fraud.

• Government-issued or restricted equipment.

• Products with altered or removed serial numbers.

Any suspicious device may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Pickup & Inspection

Free pickup services may be available in selected locations.

Our representative may inspect the device during pickup. If the actual condition differs from the information submitted, SellCam reserves the right to:

• Revise the offer.

• Reject the device.

• Cancel the transaction.

10. Payments

Payment will be processed after successful verification and acceptance of the device.

Payments may be made through:

• Bank transfer

• UPI

• Other approved payment methods

SellCam reserves the right to delay payment if additional verification is required.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel a sale request before device pickup.

Once the device has been inspected, accepted, and payment has been processed, the transaction cannot be cancelled and the device cannot be returned.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the SellCam website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of SellCam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellCam shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

• Loss of data.

• Delays caused by logistics partners or third-party service providers.

• Transactions cancelled due to inaccurate information provided by users.

Our total liability shall not exceed the final amount paid by SellCam for the device involved in the transaction.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellCam, its employees, partners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.

• False ownership claims.

• Submission of stolen or counterfeit devices.

• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

15. Privacy

Your use of SellCam is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Modifications

SellCam reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
